But when I open cmd as administrator and enter the command "scanreg. exe is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. I guess the Microsoft engaged Support Engineer alleged "expert" does not know that there is no scanreg. exe or scanregw. exe in Windows 7 and that also tells us that the alleged "expert" has not tried their own advice and ideas to "check if it helps".
